DESCRIPTION:

At 7 am we will pick you up at your hotel in El Calafate and start the trip to Torres del Paine in Chile. Crossing the Patagonian steppe from north to south, you will reach the border called Cancha Carrera (2.5 hours by car from El Calafate), from where you will begin to travel through the beautiful south of Chile and enter the Torres del Paine National Park arriving approximately 10:30 am

By default, the programs are organized with little technical difficulty to walk and with minimum physical demands, and can, if the group is adequate, make more demanding routes. All the trips are made in the company of our trekking guides. On board 4x4 trucks by land, you will visit strategic points from where you can enjoy hiking and access to panoramic views of the most important natural attractions of the park.

Around noon, we will provide a picnic in the mountains, protected by the infrastructure of Overland trucks. The lunch boxes are included and they are abundant, reason why the adventurers stay fed during all the day. Once we arrived at Laguna Amarga, we got off the truck to have a picnic on the banks of the Paine River in a wonderful environment protected from the wind.

Once in march again, and after stopping at several viewpoints (Swan Lake, Upper Nordenskjold Viewpoint), we arrive at Salto Grande, from where we walk to the viewpoint of Cuernos de Paine on the shores of Lake Nordenskjold. This walk is guided and lasts approximately 2 hours. Then, we continue in the vehicle to a new viewpoint in the vicinity of Lake Pehoe, where we will have one of the most famous views of the National Park, with the Horns and the French Valley as background, surrounded by lakes and Nordenskjold Pehoe. .

We will return to El Calafate at approximately 9:00 p.m.

The trip inside the Torres del Paine National Park can be modified or shortened depending on the conditions of the road on the day of the tour.
